Big test for Indian players

In the verge of Olympics India is going to visit Sri Lanka for another series. for the fans it is becoming formality to see these two teams play each other once in every two months.Therefor spectator interest would lack in the series.
But for the players of the Indian cricket team, this is one of the most crucial series. The future of quite a few a players are on line. Prime on that least are the likes of Ajinkya RahaneAshok DindaManoj Tiwary, R Vinay Kumar andPragyan Ojha

None of them are certainties in the Indian line-up and unless they make the most of the opportunity that come their way, it's going to be hard for them to hold on to their places in the squad for the T20 World Cup that will take place in Sri Lanka a month later.

Left-arm spinner Ojha was given a go ahead of Ravindra Jadeja, and unless he really comes up with the goods, the CSK allrounder may well be back for the T20 World Cup.

While the juniors will be keenly watched, the selectors will also keep an eye on Zaheer Khan. The pace man hasn't looked his best since the Australia series and even in the IPL, he was nowhere close to his best. Yet, the selectors feel he can be a match winner, but if he fails to work his magic, the axe may well come down on him very soon.
