Gazi TV to air SLPL Live in Bangladesh

Bangladesh satellite channel, Gazi Television will televise the first edition of the Sri Lanka Premier League live from Colombo and Palakele starting from August 11. Gazi will telecast all the 24 matches of the 21-day-long tournament under the title ‘Pran Jhalmuri presents SLPL T20 on Gazi Television.

Gazi Telivision’s Managing Director Gazi Golam Sarwar Arshia at the official press conference on Tuesday said, “We televised Bangladesh’s tour of Europe last month and was appreciated all around. The success inspired us to telecast the SLPL matches Live.”
National skipper Mushfiqur Rahim, opening batsman Tamim Iqbal and allrounder Nasir Hossain will be seen in action in the T20 fiesta in the Pearl of the Indian Ocean along with other cricketing stars from around the world.
Out of the 24 matches, 11 matches will take place from 4.30pm while the remaining 13 matches will start from 8.30pm.
